Attendance
Attendance is very important. In a group of fourteen Choristers, any missing Chorister has a noticeable effect on the group's performance, especially if other Choristers are missing too. It is also very important that Choristers arrive to events on time, and early whenever possible. Arriving late means missing all or part of the warm-up, which is needed because of the amount of singing that the Choristers do at each event.
Signing Out
If for some reason a Chorister must miss part or all of a service or rehearsal, that absence needs to be "signed out", preferably well in advance of the absence. To sign out an absence, you should use the online sign-out page on this website. You may also leave a phone message or a written note.
